How do I keep my custom cake fresh?

We recommend you keep your custom cakes refrigerated until one to two hours before serving. When transporting, make sure to drive carefully, and always lay the cake box on a flat surface, like the floor. Do not place on direct sunlight, and keep in cool dry place once ready to serve. Left overs are good to be refrigerated for up to five days for most recipes.

Do you offer allergy sensitive items?

Yes, we do! We have gluten free, dairy free, vegan, and sugar free options. If you have another allergy not listed, please contact us for more details.

How far in advance do I have to place an order?

We recommend orders are places at least one week in advance, but two weeks are preferred. However, there is always a chance we can take last minute orders. We accept orders up to six months in advance. Please contact us for our current availability.

Where are you located?

We are located in Boise, Idaho. We offer pickup, and also deliver across the Treasure Valley and surrounding areas, including: Boise, Meridian, Nampa, Caldwell, Kuna, Star, Eagle, Garden City, Mountain Home, Horseshoe Bend, Middleton, Melba, Ontario, Fruitland, and more. If your city is not listed here, please contact us to see if delivery is available. Pickup is in South Boise, by Lake Hazel and Five Mile.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Venmo, Apple Pay, Cash App, Credit Card, Cash, and Pay Pal.

Do you make wedding cakes?

Yes, we do! Please contact us for more information on wedding cakes and desserts.

What is your payment policy?

All orders below $50, or made less than two weeks in advance, are required to be paid in full to book. 50% of the payment is nonrefundable if the order is cancelled.

If you would like to place an order that is over $50 more than two weeks in advance, a 50% nonrefundable deposit is due to book. The remaining balance is due one to weeks prior to the event. Orders not paid in full will not be completed. 

If an order is cancelled 72 hours or less before the order due date, or never picked up, it makes the full payment amount nonrefundable.
